Today's brothers are renting and looking toward ownership. Our $20,000 annual goal supports both that future and chapter life now: $15,000 for housing and $5,000 for chapter improvements when the goal is reached.

One Gift. Two Priorities.

75% housing fund: a reserve for future ownership and house planning, with appropriate repairs, security, life-safety needs and durable furnishings.

25% chapter improvements: examples include recruitment, alumni events, Homecoming, brotherhood activities, chapter programming and service projects.

Stay part of the story.

Donor plan: a quarterly chapter update, brief housing progress notes and optional recognition online and at alumni gatherings.

Each update will report both allocations, their balances, money spent and next steps. A small steady gift deserves clear follow-through.
